E-mail is the most efficient way to submit your order. Cheryl's Cookies Order Form is a template that makes uploading your recipient list quick and easy. Your Gift Consultant will contact you upon receipt to ensure that your order is complete and that your gifts are exactly what you want.

An official document from your state of residence, or from the IRS, indicating the exempt status of your organization must be provided.

The primary delivery provider for Cheryl's Cookies is UPS . Transit times will vary based on the recipient's destination state, and the shipping method chosen (Ground; 2Day Air; Overnight). UPS does not ship on the weekends. Estimated delivery times are calculated on business days (Monday through Friday).

Cookie Cards ($5.99 - $10.00 out-the-door) and "sample" gifts ($9.99 out-the-door) ship USPS only. The transit times for these items vary based on recipient location as well. Completed orders, received by 3pm EST, will be produced the next business day. Orders received after 3pm EST, are not guaranteed for next day production and will most likely process on the 2nd day.

Delivery dates may be impacted by extreme weather conditions. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. In making substitutions, we take great care and consideration in selecting gifts that will meet or exceed the expectations of both the gift giver and recipient. If you would like your gift to arrive on a particular day please use Overnight Shipping service to guarantee your delivery.

UPS, Cheryl's Cookies primary delivery provider, does not offer delivery on the weekends. Cookie Cards ($5.99 - $10.00 out-the-door) and "sample" gifts ($9.99 out-the-door) ship USPS, which could result in Saturday delivery in some regions.

We must collect state and local taxes for shipments to states in which we have established a physical or economic presence. The taxability of food, candy or combination items varies by state.

The best way to make edits to your order is to call or e-mail the requested changes to your Gift Consultant as soon as possible. Please include the order number and the line number from your confirmation to help expedite the process. No changes can be made to orders that have already gone into production.

Yes, gifts can be delivered to a PO Box (exceptions are Cookie Cards ($5.99 - $10.00 out-the-door) and "sample " gifts ($9.99 out- the-door)). UPS delivers to a USPS station for the final delivery. USPS does not have transit time specifications.

Cheryl'sCookies delivers gifts in the US and Canada. Most gifts can ship to an APO or a FPO address in the US (exceptions are Cookie Cards ($5.99 - $10.00 out-the-door) and "sample " gifts ($9.99 out- the-door)).

Yes, Cheryl's Cookies delivers gifts to Alaska and Hawaii. Gifts delivered to AK and HI will ship via Priority United States Post Office for an additional $9.99 per gift. Free shipping codes for ground are not applicable for delivery to AK or HI (or Canada). Cookie Cards and $9.99 Samplers cannot be delivered to AK or HI (or Canada).

Cheryl's Cookies products are best enjoyed within 3-4 days from shipment, or freeze immediately for up to 6 months of freshness

Cheryl's Cookies does not customize designs on the cookies themselves, but does offer a variety of options which will allow you to customize your gift with your company's logo. These options include a selection of tins, bow boxes, ribbon, cookie stickers and/or enclosures.

Yes, cards and enclosures can be included with your gift.

You can contact a Gift Consultant to discuss Cheryl's Cookies card and enclosure options. These options include borders, font, add your logo and pricing. Cards and enclosures will be printed for you and included with your gift for an additional fee. Fees are dependent upon the option(s) that you have chosen. Your Gift Consultant will have more information.
