Celebrations Passport® is an annual membership that offers free standard shipping and no service charges on eligible gifts across the 1-800-Flowers Family of Brands—plus exclusive member offers and seasonal surprises throughout the year.
How do I sign up for Celebrations Passport®?
You can join Celebrations Passport® throughout your shopping experience—on the Product Page, Enrollment Page, and at Checkout. You can also enroll through our mobile app or by speaking with a customer service representative over the phone. Please note: Enrolling in Celebrations Passport® requires a customer account with a valid email address. If you don’t already have an account, one will be automatically created during the sign-up process. You’ll receive a welcome email with details on how to sign in, reset your password if needed, and how to start using your benefits and perks.
How do I renew my membership?
Your Celebrations Passport® membership is automatically renewed and billed annually to the payment method used at sign-up or saved on file, at the then-current rate.
Before renewal, we’ll send you an email reminder with the upcoming renewal date, fee, and how to manage your membership. After your renewal, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
To update your payment method or renew early, sign in to My Account > Passport and select Renew.
Can I renew my membership early?
Yes! You can renew your Celebrations Passport® membership early to extend your benefits for another year.
To renew early: Sign in to your account Go to the Passport section under My Account Select “Renew Early”
Renewing early is a great way to lock in your current rate and enjoy uninterrupted access to free shipping, no service charge, and exclusive member perks. Your new term will be added to the end of your current membership—extending it by 365 days.
How do I turn off auto-renewal for my membership?
To stop auto-renewal of your Celebrations Passport® membership, you can choose one of the following options: Online: Sign in to your account, go to the Passport section under My Account, and use the toggle to set your renewal setting to “Off.” Email: Contact us at passportmembership@1800flowers.com. Phone: Call 1-800-961-2036 to speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to update your renewal settings before your renewal date. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current term.
How do I cancel my Celebrations Passport® membership?
You can cancel your membership through one of the following options: Online: Sign in to your account, go to the Celebrations Passport section under My Account, and select “Cancel Membership.” Email: Contact us at passportmembership@1800flowers.com. Phone: Call 1-800-961-2036 to speak with a customer service representative. Be sure to cancel before your renewal date. Once canceled, your membership will end immediately and you will no longer have access to Celebrations Passport benefits.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel within 30 days of your original enrollment or renewal and have not used any membership benefits, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 30 days, the membership fee is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Where can I see my membership status or expiration date?
To check your membership status or renewal date, sign in and visit the Passport section under My Account. There, you can also update your payment method, manage auto-renewal, or cancel your membership.

Do I need the Celebrations Passport app to be a member?
No. The app is not required for membership. However, using the app can enhance your shopping experience and provide easy access to benefits. The app also lets you enable push notifications so you never miss an exclusive event or offer.
Do I need to be signed in for my Celebrations Passport benefits to apply?
Yes. To receive Free Shipping/No Service Charge and other member benefits, you must be signed in with the email address used when you enrolled in Celebrations Passport®. If placing an order by phone, be sure to provide the same email address associated with your membership so our team can apply your benefits correctly.
How do I know if a product is eligible for Celebrations Passport® benefits?
Eligible products will display the Celebrations Passport® icon on the product detail page. This means the item qualifies for Free Standard Shipping or No Service Charge as part of your membership.
Some product categories, like wine gifts, are not eligible for free shipping but do include a special $5 flat-rate shipping fee for Celebrations Passport members (where permitted by law).
You’ll also see your benefits automatically applied during checkout when you're signed in with your Celebrations Passport account.
What qualifies for Free Standard Shipping with Celebrations Passport®?
Free Standard Shipping is available on most Direct Shipped products eligible for Standard or Ground delivery within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), or that would otherwise incur a Standard Charge, as defined on 1-800-Flowers.com and our Affiliate Websites. Eligibility depends on the specific item and its delivery options. Shipping eligibility may vary based on destination zip code or product restrictions. Any applicable shipping charges or surcharges will be shown during checkout based on your product selection and delivery details.
What qualifies for No Service Charge with Celebrations Passport®?
Most Local Florist Delivery gifts across our Family of Brands qualify for No Service Charge under your Celebrations Passport® membership when scheduled for delivery two or more business days from the order date. Same-Day, Next-Day, and Weekend delivery options are available but may include an additional expedited surcharge. Eligibility and fees will be shown during checkout based on your delivery selection.
As a Celebrations Passport® member, what are expedited delivery surcharges?
Expedited delivery surcharges apply when you choose Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery for qualifying products. A Saturday Delivery surcharge may also apply for both Local Florist Delivery and Direct Shipped items. During peak seasons and holidays, we offer additional delivery options to help ensure your gifts arrive on time. In some cases, surcharges may apply, and any applicable fees will be clearly displayed when you select your delivery date at checkout.
Do wine gifts qualify for Free Shipping with Celebrations Passport®?
No. Wine gifts do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping, but Celebrations Passport® members enjoy a discounted flat-rate shipping fee of $5 on eligible wine gifts, where permitted by law. Shipping availability and restrictions vary by state, and all applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.

Yes! You can enjoy Free Standard Shipping and No Service Charge on eligible items across multiple brands in one transaction, as long as you're signed in and the products qualify.
What happens if I update my email address?
Celebrations Passport® is tied to the email address you used at enrollment and cannot be transferred to a new email address. If you need to use a different email, you would need to cancel your current membership and enroll again using the new email address. Can I share my Celebrations Passport® membership with someone else?
Celebrations Passport® is intended for individual personal use and is tied to the email address used at the time of enrollment. To ensure benefits apply, the enrolled member must be signed in with their account when placing an order or calling customer service.
What are the Quarterly Celebrations Passport Events?
As a Celebrations Passport® member, you get exclusive access to limited-time deals, curated collections, and surprise offers across our Family of Brands. To stay in the know, make sure you’re signed up for Email, Texts, and Notifications in our app. You’ll also see upcoming events highlighted on our websites and in the app.
How do I receive Early Access and Invitations?
Want to be first in line for select sales, product launches, and exclusive member experiences? Make sure you're opted in to Email, Text, and Notifications through our mobile app so we can keep you in the loop wherever you shop. You can update your preferences in your My Account settings or through the app. Because when something exciting drops, you’ll want to be the first to know.
Do Celebrations Passport® members get special pricing on stand-alone greeting cards?
Yes! Celebrations Passport® members can enjoy $3.99 pricing on standard greeting cards (regularly $5.99) when purchased as a stand-alone item. This offer does not apply to greeting cards added as part of a gift order. No promo code is needed—just make sure you’re signed in to your account at checkout. Add an eligible greeting card to your order, and the discounted price will automatically apply. Offer may vary by brand and is subject to availability.
What are Celebrations Passport® VIP Sweepstakes?
As a Celebrations Passport® member, you’re automatically entered into our seasonal VIP Sweepstakes—an exclusive experience offering the chance to win exciting prizes throughout the year. There’s nothing you need to do—all active members at the time of the sweepstakes and drawing are automatically entered. Winners are selected at random and notified directly.
Have the points and tier benefits changed?
As of June 25, 2025, we’ve retired the current points and gifting tier system to evolve the Celebrations Passport® program. This update simplifies your experience and allows us to focus on what members value most—like free standard shipping, no service charge on eligible gifts, and exclusive seasonal offers throughout the year.
As a thank you for being a valued member, anyone enrolled before June 24, 2025 will receive a 20% off coupon as a sign of appreciation. Look out for an email with your unique code, sent to the address associated with your account on or around July 1, 2025. The coupon will be valid through July 31, 2025.
What benefits are changing for Giftastic members?
As part of upcoming updates to the Celebrations Passport® program, we’re retiring the points and tier system, including the Giftastic levels. As of June 25, 2025, the following tier-based benefits will no longer be offered: • Birthday Gift • Complimentary Product Upgrades If you have submitted your birthday on the Celebrations Passport page prior to June 1st, 2025, and the latest status is GIFTASTIC as of June 24th 2025, we will issue you an additional $15 Saving Pass. Look out for an email with your Savings Pass, sent to the address associated with your account on or around July 2, 2025. The coupon will be valid through September 30, 2025.
What benefits are changing for Gifted members?

What about Free Printed Greeting Card Add-On for Giftastic Members?
We will be honoring the free premium printed greeting card benefit through September 30, 2025, for members whose most recent tier status was Giftastic as of June 24, 2025. When available, this add-on will appear at checkout for eligible orders. If the option is shown, Giftastic members can select a free card to include with their gift—no promo code required; the discount will apply automatically. Additionally, all members can purchase stand-alone greeting cards for $3.99—a special perk available across our family of brands. Just sign in to your account at checkout to receive the discounted price automatically.
What about discounted membership for Giftastic Members?
We will be honoring the discounted $19.99 renewal rate for members whose most recent tier status was Giftastic as of June 24, 2025. No action is required—this discounted rate will be applied automatically at renewal through December 31, 2025. After that date, renewals will occur at the standard $29.99 rate—or the then-current market rate. Members will receive a renewal notification before any charges are made to their account.
What happened to my points?
As of June 25, 2025, we’ve retired the current points system as part of updates to the Celebrations Passport® program. Points are no longer earned or redeemable.
This change allows us to simplify the experience and focus on the benefits members use most—like free standard shipping, no service charges, and seasonal perks.
If you were enrolled before this date, you’ll receive a 20% off coupon as a thank-you for being a loyal member. Look for it in your email around July 1, 2025.
